"Am Ordinance to amend the Post Office Ordinance, 1900".
1. It is impracticable for the Post Office to pay any gratuity in
respect of postal matter in transit and by a mistake a previse to
this effect was inadvertently omitted in the Post Office Amendment
Ordinance 1911 section 5.
2. The present Ordinance rectifies this emission.
3. In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the
Governer may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on Hi
Behalf.
